Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Extra Clean! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services. By scheduling and utilizing our cleaning services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Service Agreement

By booking our services, you agree to enter into a binding agreement for cleaning services as outlined in our communications (via phone, email, or written contract). Extra Clean reserves the right to refuse service if we determine that the conditions of the home or property exceed reasonable expectations or safety standards.

2. Service Scope

We offer the following services:

  • Residential cleaning

  • Move-in/move-out cleaning

  • Commercial cleaning

  • Construction clean-up

  • Carpet cleaning

  • Window cleaning

  • Janitorial services

Services will be performed as outlined during the estimate and walk-through process. Any additional requests beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur extra charges.

3. Free Estimates and Walk-Throughs

We provide free estimates and no-obligation walk-throughs for residential, commercial, and janitorial cleaning. Estimates are based on the information provided by the client and are subject to change if conditions differ from those described or shown during the initial consultation.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Pricing for services will be agreed upon after the free estimate and confirmed via written or digital communication. Payments for one-time services are due upon completion unless otherwise stated. For ongoing services, such as janitorial or commercial cleaning, billing will be conducted on a regular schedule as agreed upon by both parties.

Payment Methods Accepted:

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Bank Transfers

  • Check

  • Venmo

  • Cash (if previously agreed)

Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services until the account is settled.

Additional Service fees may apply to Property Management companies when there is no access to site. 

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Within 24 hours: Cancellation fees are $65

  • Within 48 hours: Cancellation fees are $35

  • Within 72 hours: Cancellation fees are $15

6. Service Guarantee

We are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will return to address any concerns at no additional cost. Refunds may be provided at our discretion in the event that issues cannot be resolved.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Access to Property: You are responsible for ensuring our cleaning team has access to your property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the property, it will be considered a missed appointment, and the full service fee will apply.

  • Safety Precautions: Please ensure the safety of our staff by informing us of any potential hazards at your property, such as loose floorboards, dangerous animals, or construction zones.

8. Damages and Liability

Extra Clean is fully insured, and we will take utmost care when cleaning your property. In the unlikely event of damage, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will work to repair or replace the item if our team was responsible. Extra Clean is not liable for pre-existing damages or for damages resulting from normal wear and tear.

9. Pets and Personal Items

We are pet-friendly, but we ask that you secure any pets that may be nervous or reactive to cleaning equipment or our staff. Please also store any valuable or fragile personal items that you do not wish us to handle.

10. Third-Party Service Providers

Extra Clean may use third-party vendors for specialized services, such as carpet cleaning or window washing. We ensure that these vendors meet our high standards, but they may have their own terms and conditions, which will apply when using their services.

11. Termination of Services

Both parties (you or Extra Clean) may terminate ongoing services at any time with reasonable notice (typically 2 weeks for commercial and janitorial contracts). Termination of service does not absolve you of any outstanding payments.

12. Use of Website and Online Tools

By accessing and using our website or scheduling services online, you agree to comply with our terms of use, as outlined on the website. This includes respecting our intellectual property, using our tools for lawful purposes, and protecting your own privacy and data.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Extra Clean reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where Extra Clean operates. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to local jurisdiction.
